General Description BL8563 BL8563
BL8563 series is a group of positivevoltage output, low power consumption,low dropout voltage regulator.
BL8563 can provide output value in therange of 1.5V~4.5V every 0.1V step. It alsocan be customized on command.
BL8563 includes high accuracy voltagereference, error amplifier, current limitcircuit and output driver module withdischarge capability.
BL8563 has excellent load and linetransient response and good temperaturecharacteristics, which can assure thestability of chip and power system. And ituses trimming technique to guaranteeoutput voltage accuracy within±2%.
BL8563 is available in SOT-23-5, SC-70-5packages which is lead free. It also canavailable in these packages with lead.
